The property disputes group combines the expertise and experience of lawyers from land law and dispute resolution backgrounds. Our specialist group has the breadth of experience and the technical know-how to advise on the most difficult of problems.

The type of work undertaken by the group is wide-ranging and covers both commercial and residential property.

In the field of commercial property, we have considerable experience advising on rent arrears claims, service charge disputes, contested lease renewals, dilapidations and general tenant default often involving insolvency and/or forfeiture proceedings.

In relation to residential property, we regularly advise on issues arising between landlords and tenants (such as rent arrears, deposits, property disrepair and possession proceedings), and disputes between property owners and third parties (including rights of way, restrictive covenants, boundary disputes and adverse possession claims).

For every dispute we provide clear and cost-effective advice tailored to meet your needs.
