Tim joined FSP in June 2007 having previously worked in both City and major provincial practices. He qualified in 1989 after an earlier career in pharmaceutical research. He has broad experience of corporate and commercial matters, including secured lending, intellectual property, shareholder and investment agreements, and in handling many other bespoke commercial arrangements whether as part of a larger transaction or on a stand alone basis. Adam currently assists on a wide range of corporate transactions including the sale and purchase of companies and businesses, shareholder agreements, company secretarial matters and general corporate issues. Adam has a particular interest in providing practical corporate advice to small business organisations. Adam is also a member of the banking team and assists in advising financial institutions and corporate clients in respect of corporate lending and security issues.
