Our Debt Recovery Service (DRS) provides practical and cost-effective fixed-fee advice designed to supplement your own credit management systems.

THE COST

• initial “Letter of Claim”, giving your debtor seven days to pay - £25 +VAT
• second chasing letter - £20 + VAT
• third letter enclosing draft legal proceedings - £155 + VAT
• preparing a statutory demand - £75 + VAT

We will tailor a strategy to suit each debt and particular debtor. We can, for example, dispense with chasing letters if you have had protracted correspondence with your debtor before involving us.

Similarly, we can threaten and pursue insolvency proceedings at any stage if we consider that this would result in a quicker recovery starting by preparing and serving a statutory demand.

We have an excellent success rate for recovering monies in the initial stages.

If, however, further work is required, we charge on a time-spent basis at our hourly rates. We charge on this basis for issuing and representing you throughout any court or insolvency proceedings, if your claim becomes disputed at any time, or if we become involved in protracted settlement negotiations or administering an instalment plan.

Other costs may be payable in addition to our charges, such as court fees, search fees, and process server’s charges. We are always prepared to consider offering discounts for bulk debt recovery clients.
