Bridget trained with Reading firm Brain & Brain where she became partner in overall charge of property work in 1986. Bridget became a partner of FSP in April 2003. She is experienced in many sectors of the property market and is accustomed to dealing with multi-million pound acquisitions and disposals. Bridget also advises on development and landlord and tenant matters.

Marcus joined FSP as a trainee and became a partner in April 2007, having already worked for city firm Ashurst where he became familiar with working on substantial value property transactions. Marcus qualified in March 2003. He now acts for a number of London and Thames Valley based clients in connection with the acquisition, leasing and general management of commercial property. He also acts for a number of national and international property investors in the acquisition and financing of commercial and residential properties. Marcus has a strong interest in agricultural property and advises many of the firm's farming clients.

Kelsie trained with FSP and qualified in 1996. Kelsie is accustomed to dealing with general landlord and tenant transactions and acting for clients with large commercial property portfolios. Keslie has a particular interest in the property matters of agricultural clients, both rural landowners and farmers. She also has considerable experience in dealing with housing associations.

Russell did his training at FSP qualifying in 2000. Russell deals with a broad range of contentious matters acting for companies and individuals. He specialises in property disputes and heads up the firm’s property dispute group. Russell deals with contested leasehold enfranchisement applications and acts in possession proceedings. Russell also acts for a number of charities advising generally on property disputes and providing advice on landlord and tenant matters.

Sue joined Field Seymour Parkes in 1989, becoming a partner in April 1997. Sue has wide-ranging experience in commercial contracts, intellectual property, partnership law (including limited liability partnerships) and e-commerce. Sue advises on research and design collaborations as well as trade marks, branding, patents, copyright protection and data protection. Sue acts for a wide variety of companies who use the internet as their prime mode of operation from start-ups to international operations. Sue also acts for a number of well-known charities and has been involved in the setting up of a major charitable foundation and a new city academy. Sue is a regular speaker at external and internal seminars and is a member of the British Computer Society.

Rebekah joined FSP in January 2007 having previously worked for Bower and Bailey in Witney. She qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and has since then been involved in a wide range of private client work. Rebekah deals mainly with the buying, selling and remortgaging of residential properties but she also enjoys drafting wills and dealing with probate matters.

James was, until recently, one of the senior partners at Pitmans and headed their property team for a number of years. He moved into Reading in 1989 and quickly became one of the highest profile individuals in the Thames Valley property scene. He has a wealth of experience in almost all aspects of commercial property. He joined FSP as a partner in June 2008.
