Tim qualified in 1993 and joined FSP in 1999. Tim handles a mix of work including contractual disputes, inter-company disputes, warranty claims, pension cases and construction disputes. Tim has a particular expertise in relation to commercial landlord and tenant matters. He also handles regulatory and disciplinary investigations. Tim heads the team’s licensing unit.

Grace is a Licensing Administrator, dealing with enquiries and preparation of paperwork relating to alcohol licensing, public entertainment licensing, betting and gaming licensing and taxi licensing. Grace has many years' experience in licensing matters and is also the contact point for all enquiries about agency instructions.

Russell did his training at FSP qualifying in 2000. Russell deals with a broad range of contentious matters acting for companies and individuals. He specialises in property disputes and heads up the firm’s property dispute group. Russell deals with contested leasehold enfranchisement applications and acts in possession proceedings. Russell also acts for a number of charities advising generally on property disputes and providing advice on landlord and tenant matters.
