The group’s work in relation to residential property covers disputes relating to easements (rights of way, rights of drainage etc), restrictive covenants and boundaries. We also advise on matters involving adverse possession.
Another important area of work undertaken by the group concerns disputes relating to residential tenancy agreements. We have considerable experience of dealing with rent arrears, rent deposits, property disrepair and possession proceedings.
