Edwards,

Maria joined FSP in September 2003 and spent 15 months of her training contract working in the residential property team. She qualified in October 2005 and handles a wide range of residential property transactions. Maria has particular experience in leasehold conveyancing, matrimonial conveyancing, refinancing property portfolios for investment buyers and acting in newbuild transactions for both purchasers and developers.

Rebekah
Chenery,

Rebekah joined FSP in January 2007 having previously worked for Bower and Bailey in Witney. She qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and has since then been involved in a wide range of private client work. Rebekah deals mainly with the buying, selling and remortgaging of residential properties but she also enjoys drafting wills and dealing with probate matters.

Emma joined FSP as a member of the residential property team in July 2001 and has been handling her own caseload as a Conveyancing Executive since 2006. Emma deals with the all aspects of residential property, with a particular interest in matrimonial conveyancing and dealing with unregistered property.

Simon
Roberts,

Simon trained at Slaughter and May and qualified in 1984 after which he worked in their commercial team. In 1988 Simon set up his own practice, TS Roberts & Co., specialising in residential and commercial property transactions. T S Roberts & Co merged with FSP in October 2001 and Simon now works as a Consultant in the residential and commercial property teams.

Richard
Gilby,
Consultant |

Richard qualified in 1972 and has a general practice background with an emphasis on litigation and private client work. Richard now specialises in contentious matters including personal injury and has been involved in a number of high value personal injury cases. He was one of the first solicitors in this area to be involved in a case involving a structured settlement for a head injured client. Richard is on the Personal Injury Panel and is also a member of Headway, the National Head Injuries Association.
