Nick qualified as a solicitor in 1994, joining FSP in 2003 from a large central London practice where he specialised in commercial property transactions. Nick deals with a wide range of property matters including high value acquisitions and disposals, complex overage arrangements and landlord and tenant matters. Nick’s experience is reflected in the range of specialist groups of which he is a member. As well as playing a prominent role in the firm’s mainstream commercial property groups, Nick is a member of the firm’s charities group and the small business group.

Adam is also a member of the banking team and assists in advising financial institutions and corporate clients in respect of corporate lending and security issues.

As part of the small business group and charities and not-for-profit organisations group, Claire has a particular interest in providing practical employment advice to small businesses and charities.
