FSP acquire new offices for BDO
FSP have just acquired new offices for professional services firm BDO in 12th floor of the newly extended Thames Tower in Reading.
Formerly known as Foster Wheeler House, in recent years the building has undergone extensive refurbishment at the hands of owners Landid and Brockton Capital, including the addition of three new floors, one of which BDO have taken. The result is a stylish and modern workspace which sits only a stone’s throw from Reading’s main railway station and the town centre.
BDO have taken a ten year lease of the whole of the 12th floor which comprises 14,040 sq/ft of prime office accommodation and boasts amazing 360° panoramic views of Reading and the surrounding countryside. BDO are taking possession in July and should be operational in October 2017. FSP are also assisting BDO with the move out of its current offices at Kings Wharf, Reading.
