FSP advises Cloud Direct on Connect Support Services acquisition
FSP advises Cloud Direct on further acquisition.
Hot on the heels of the AlwaysOn Group acquisition, On Direct Business Services Limited trading as Cloud Direct has completed a further acquisition of the business of Connect Support Services Limited from its administrator with advice from Field Seymour Parkes.
Connect Support Services provide a combination of Cloud hosted services, IT support and business continuity services, primarily to UK based SMEs. This acquisition helps grow Cloud Direct’s customer base and service offering and is the latest in a line of acquisitions which form part of Cloud Direct’s ongoing growth strategy.
The team at Field Seymour Parkes was led by corporate partner Penelope Garden with assistance from employment partner Ian Machray.
