FSP advises Dolphin Head on external investment into investee company B2M

Field Seymour Parkes has advised longstanding client Dolphin Head Group Holdings Plc (“Dolphin Head”) on an external investment by a consortium of angel investors and by Motorola (through its strategic investment arm Motorola Solutions Venture Capital) into Biz2Mobile Limited (“B2M”), a provider of mobile device analytics and process optimization software for enterprise customers.

The funds raised will be used to expand B2M’s marketing and sales activities and to accelerate the adoption of its optimisation and analytics solutions for mobile enterprise deployments.
