FSP Advises Eyesite on Lloyds Roberts Acquisition

Following the management buyout of independent opticians Eyesite by a management team led by David Samuel in September 2013, Field Seymour Parkes has advised Eyesite on its bolt on acquisition of Lloyds Roberts Opticians based in Weybridge for an undisclosed amount.  The acquisition allows Eyesite which already has branches in Reading, Brighton, Winchester and Oxford to expand its presence in the south east of England.
