Crystal Palace Physio Group, a provider of physiotherapy and related services, had expanded across London to operate from around 12 clinics in the last few years.

Their hard work had caught the eye of national healthcare specialists RehabWorks and their private equity-backed investors, Archimed SAS. The parties intend to go on to expand their service provision and create a national brand within the health sector.

As well as achieving a successful sale, the founder and MD of Crystal Palace Physio Group, Stuart Paterson, has joined the RehabWorks board and is relishing the challenge of helping drive the combined business forward.

The team at FSP was led by corporate partner Chris Brightling with assistance from Penelope Garden (partner, corporate), Harry Pearson (solicitor, corporate), Caroline Airey (solicitor, tax), Jackie Denham (associate, employment) and Caroline Brady (solicitor, commercial property).

Stuart Paterson thanked the FSP team for their highly professional and supportive approach throughout:

“I found the entire team at FSP the same – very professional, hard-working, knowledgeable, friendly and client focused. I wouldn’t hesitate in giving FSP the highest recommendation”.
