Alexandra has joined us from Bond Dickinson LLP where she has been working as a property litigator for the last four years. Previously, Alexandra worked in Reading where she trained and qualified at Boyes Turner LLP.
Alexandra is a specialist in all aspects of property litigation. She has considerable expertise advising on lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, dilapidations, the recovery of rent and service charge arrears, break notices, forfeiture, possession claims and other property disputes including adverse possession and advising landowners and tenants in relation to the Telecommunications Code.
Alexandra has particular experience advising both landlord and tenant clients in the retail sector and managing their national property portfolios and is also a Solicitor-Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience.
The recruitment of Alexandra adds further strength to the team’s existing property litigation offering.
Our Property Disputes Team is one of the largest specialist property litigation teams in the Thames Valley advising a wide range of clients from individual landowners and leaseholders to well-known international companies as well as representing charities, lenders, developers and investors. Our litigators regularly advise on lease termination and renewal issues, dilapidations claims and disputes concerning development, option and overage agreements and, on the residential side, advise in connection with lease extension, right to manage, right of first refusal and collective enfranchisement claims.
