Philippa Roles

Philippa Roles, Tax and CSR Partner

Philippa is the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partner and so is responsible for co-ordinating CSR events and fundraising. Her experience working alongside not-for-profit organisations to organise events and provide training and assistance provides valuable insight to the organisational and governance constraints that many charities face. In her personal capacity Philippa has acted as a trustee for two long established (and in one case national) charities in order to assist them through the audit and updating of governance and compliance protocols, and she now sits as a private sector representative for the Thames Valley Berkshire Local Enterprise Partnership and is the chairman of their Governance and Nominations Committee.
