We all know that not every personal relationship ends happily ever after and the same is true in business.  Much like a prenuptial agreement, a well drafted employment contract can help employers to protect their business in the event of a messy break-up.

Louise Smyth, an associate in our employment team, will explain how post-termination restrictions can help prevent ex-employees damaging your business, addressing common questions such as:

•    What should I include in an employment contract to protect my business?

•    What can I realistically do if an employee breaches their restrictions?

•    Can I take action directly against my ex-employee’s new employer?

A light breakfast will be provided and there will be opportunities to network and ask questions of the team.
