Louise Smyth, an Associate within our employment team and seasoned litigator, will lead an interactive session looking at the role of witnesses at an Employment tribunal – identifying the key do’s and don’ts, with a particular focus on cross examination. The session will include a mock cross examination conducted by Leslie Millin, a Barrister at Ely Chambers, to allow us to draw out practical examples.  The session aims to provide lots of useful tips to prepare managers who are called to give witness evidence in the Tribunal.

Refreshments are provided and there will be opportunities to network, ask questions of the team and to seek guidance on particular areas of concern.

This is a very popular event, so please book early to secure your place.  If you would like to attend this free seminar, or receive details of future events, please contact Sarah Walker at function@fsp-law.com.
