FSP appoints Jeremy Hopkins as Head of Client Services
FSP is delighted to announce the appointment of Jeremy Hopkins as Head of Client Services.
This newly-created role underlines the firm’s commitment to developing and sustaining client relationships by offering service excellence, value and solutions.
Jeremy brings with him a unique range and depth of expertise, as an experienced client service and innovation leader across a wide variety of service-delivery models, including barristers’ chambers, legal outsourcing, flexible resourcing, technology, in-house legal departments and, most recently, a leading global law firm. He is recognised within the industry as a champion of legal service innovation and value for businesses and in-house legal teams.
