We have a reputation for securing our clients the best possible terms if they are leaving employment under a settlement agreement and, with extensive experience of advising businesses, we can offer you a valuable insight into the approach your employer may take. If it is not possible to resolve a matter, we have an excellent record in tribunal and high court litigation.
