FSP advises SWIF on an equity investment into Revolution Zero
Lauren Lashley, a Solicitor in FSP’s Private Equity & Venture Capital team, has advised the South West Investment Fund via appointed fund manager, The FSE Group, on a £1 million equity investment into Revolution-ZERO. The £1.6 million funding round included funding from angel investors and will help create 20 new jobs while supporting the overall growth of the business, which is based in Truro in Cornwall.
