Charlotte is a Solicitor within our Wills, Trusts and Estates team having qualified in September 2020. Charlotte started her career in Reading, and having worked within the Oxfordshire area in the last year, has now returned to Reading and joined the firm in October 2022.
Charlotte advises clients on lifetime matters including Wills, both basic and complex, Lasting Power of Attorney drafting and registration, and provides Inheritance Tax planning advice to clients.
Charlotte also advises on all estate administration matters, including applications for Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration, completion of Inheritance Tax returns, as well as providing all necessary estate administration advice to Executors and Personal Representatives.
