About Emily Neale
Emily is a Partner and heads up our Residential Conveyancing team and is also the head of our New Homes team. Emily joined the firm in 2017 having worked for a firm of solicitors in Henley on Thames.
Emily handles all areas of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, leasehold property, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, deeds of easement and help to buy mortgages. Emily acts for all types of clients from high net worth individuals, companies, trusts to first time buyers.
Emily also specialises in residential development and acts for developers in the preparation and sale of newly built or converted houses and flats. Emily’s developer clients range from larger household names to smaller family run companies.
Emily anticipates that the department will always be at the forefront of changes in the way in which conveyancing is practiced. It is imperative that as residential property lawyers we take responsibility for ensuring conveyancing practices are constantly improving and keeping up with technology.
