Harriet trained at FSP and spent a year of her training contract in the Corporate team before qualifying as a corporate solicitor in September 2018.

Harriet handles all aspects of corporate work from shareholders agreements, share buy-backs together with other corporate governance documents but has a particular focus on advising large corporations and owner managed business’ on share and business acquisitions and disposals. Clients appreciate Harriet’s ability to progress matters quickly and efficiently to ensure transaction timetables are met.

Harriet also provides workable and practical advice to charities and not for profit organisations on a variety of matters including incorporations and mergers, structuring and general governance.
