Isabelle joined FSP as a Corporate/ Banking and Finance Paralegal in May 2025. Prior to joining FSP, Isabelle completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science and International Relations at the University of Birmingham, before undertaking her Postgraduate Diploma in Law and successfully completing the Solicitors Qualifying Exams.
Isabelle began her role within the Banking and Finance team, where she prepared finance documents and deeds of release. Now in the Corporate team, Isabelle works on a range of corporate governance tasks. This includes preparing and submitting filings at Companies House, assisting with company incorporations, drafting board minutes and maintaining statutory registers in addition to providing support on corporate transactions.
