About Michelle Mann
Michelle is a Partner in the Family team.
She has considerable experience in advising clients involved in financial matters arising out of a relationship breakdown or on divorce. Michelle is also experienced in advising clients starting new relationships who want to protect pre-acquired assets by way of cohabitation agreements or pre-marital agreements. Michelle’s expertise includes advising in cases involving inherited wealth, companies, family trusts, share options, complex pension arrangements and international assets. She is able to offer such comprehensive advice by drawing on the experience of in-house specialists in other groups such as property, tax, and company matters and through the firm’s contacts with international network of foreign lawyers . This way Michelle can ensure that clients receive a completely joined up service.
Michelle is a trained collaborative lawyer. She is also a member of Resolution, a body which aims to resolve family law matters through a constructive approach. Michelle is highly recommended in both The Legal 500 and Chambers UK Guide to the Legal Profession as a leader in her field.
In addition to her family law experience, Michelle is also a Notary Public and assists private individuals, a wide range of commercial clients, including private and public companies, global organisations, UK subsidiaries, as well as other professional organisations (accountants,other solicitors and tax advisors) in authenticating documents for use overseas. Since qualifying in 2009 Michelle has dealt with a large variety of documents requiring notarisation and in most countries in the world, often on an urgent basis. Michelle is also experienced in arranging legalisation whether at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office or any other relevant embassy /consulate.
