About Sam Fellows

Sam is an Associate in the Property Litigation team, specialising in both commercial and residential contentious property matters. Sam has particular experience in leasehold enfranchisement.

Sam has experience in a wide variety of disputes including dilapidations claims, contentious and non-contentious business lease renewals, rent and service charge arrears, modification and discharge of restrictive covenants, boundary and party wall disputes and trespass and adverse possession claims. He also advises on a wide variety of contractual and tortious issues including negligence, misrepresentation and he has experience of dealing with insurance claims.

Sam joined FSP from a leading regional firm having trained in the City, where he gained extensive experience of County and High Court procedure as well as both the First-tier and Upper Property Tribunals.

Sam is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
