About Sarah Wray

Sarah has been with Field Seymour Parkes since September 2004 before which she was a Partner at a firm in Newbury. Sarah started her career training and working in central London before moving to the Thames Valley.

Since moving to Field Seymour Parkes, Sarah has focused exclusively on residential property work and has spearheaded the residential conveyancing team since she arrived.

Due to Sarah’s wealth of knowledge and experience, she specialises in complex and challenging matters alongside her more routine caseload whilst supervising and guiding other team members.

Sarah is the senior reporting officer for the firm for the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) and is responsible for delivering and maintaining this important quality mark on behalf of the firm.

"We have no hesitation in recommending Sarah Wray and her conveyancing team. They have acted in an exemplary and efficient fashion on a not always straightforward exchange. We were kept fully informed throughout the process with professional patience and understanding."

"I was recommended to use solicitors from Field Seymour Parkes by an estate agent to act for me with regard to the sale of my father's house. From the outset, Sarah Wray was excellent. She was polite, professional, efficient and answered my multiple queries promptly. Unfortunately my father died before the sale could be completed but she arranged for a colleague in the wills, trusts and estates team at FSP to ring me. Both Sarah and her colleagues managed a very stressful situation expertly and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"I am very pleased that we chose FSP to administer our parents estate. Ben Oliver in probate and Sarah Wray in property were very helpful and efficient. I recommend them both.”
