About Susan Wells
Susan is a South African qualified attorney in the Commercial and Technology/IP team. Susan specialises in a broad range of commercial, technology and IP matters covering various commercial contracts, data protection, the preparation and filing of UK trademark applications and advising on EU and international trademark applications. Susan also advises on non-litigious construction matters and regularly acts for developers, funders, contractors and professional team members in preparing and negotiating the relevant construction documents.
Susan is a member of The Society of Construction Law.
