We are running a two-part webinar series providing practical advice and our top tips on running a redundancy consultation from start to finish, whether you are dealing with an individual employee or more widespread restructuring.
This second session will focus on larger scale (20 plus) redundancies and focus on collective consultation with employees, including common challenges with appointing and working with employee representatives as well as how to deal with the unique problems caused by the current pandemic.
Ian Machray, our head of our employment team, will focus on reducing your legal risks, but will also provide practical guidance on following an efficient process that will not hamper the rest of your business.
This will be an interactive session with interactive polling and opportunities to ask questions. A copy of the slides will also be provided for all attendees.
