Workshop – A practical guide to TUPE
Transfer of Undertakings: A practical guide to outsourcing and business transfers
Date and time: Wednesday 13 November 2019, 9am-12.30pm
Location: Field Seymour Parkes offices
Our half day workshop will ensure you are confident in handling the employment law issues that arise from outsourcing, insourcing, changes in service provider and business sales.
We will explain when TUPE may apply, what it means and how to deal with issues in practice.
We will cut through the legal jargon and bust some of the myths surrounding TUPE transfers and what you can and can’t do. We will also address the commercial realities of transactions, which other courses ignore, so you are aware of how legal principles are applied in the real world.
A small group (a maximum of 8 people) will learn through case studies, practical examples and group discussion. This seminar is essential for anybody who has to deal with TUPE issues and wants to gain knowledge and confidence in what is considered one of the most complex areas of employment legislation.
The workshops will be held at our recently refurbished offices in central Reading for just £350 plus VAT per attendee. A 10% discount is offered for bookings of 2 or more people.
To reserve your place or to have your questions answered please contact Amanda Harvey Allum at email@example.com or on 0118 951 6294.
