FSP completes the purchase of a development site in Nutbourne in West Sussex for Bewley Homes.
The former brown and green field site has full planning permission for 103 new homes and a children’s nursery in the village of Nutbourne, near Emsworth.
Bewley were delighted to have acquired the development from Metis Homes, which will regenerate the site with plenty of open space.
