The team has recently handled the sale of an industrial portfolio for circa £100m to a private purchaser, having previously acquired the individual assets. Other disposal work includes the sale of a residential development site in Berkshire with planning permission for 1,500 houses to Legal and General Homes and the sale of a business park in Hampshire.
Recent acquisitions include countless office, industrial and retail lettings through the Thames Valley, in London and beyond. Our largest single letting by value was £4m per annum for an 800,000 square foot logistics warehouse.
We handle the portfolio management work for a number of corporate occupiers including new lettings, renewals and the like. Portfolios range from 20 to 200 properties.
In conjunction with our banking and finance team we have worked on a range of financing transactions covering single asset securities through to charging over 100 properties for a single facility. Notable projects include the funding of a science park and a £100m+ revolving credit facility for a house-builder.
