The Corporate team at FSP provides a wide variety of assistance to companies, partnerships, entrepreneurs, investors and individuals. Such assistance can vary from a simple quick sense check on a proposition to the need for more substantial legal advice and when providing such assistance the team always ensures this is done in a cost-effective and commercial way.
The team focuses on building long-standing relationships with clients because having such relationships enables the team to understand a client’s business and priorities, ensuring the team can provide bespoke advice and give the solution which is right for each individual business.

The team is highly experienced in advising on corporate transactions from large, complex deals involving multiple legal jurisdictions to sales of SME’s, trade purchases or management buy-outs. The team advises businesses across many different sectors and our news & insights page/deal releases below gives an overview of the wide variety of deals the team has been involved in. On each transaction we create bespoke multi-disciplinary teams calling on experts from other departments in the firm including commercial property, employment and intellectual property to ensure that the transaction progresses quickly and efficiently with support from the right specialists.
