Field Seymour Parkes awarded We Invest in People, Gold accreditation
We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded We Invest in People, Gold accreditation following an assessment by Investors in People.
Having held the Silver Investors in People accreditation for a number of years achieving the Gold accreditation is a huge achievement and one we are extremely proud of. It means we have the correct policies in place but it also means everyone at FSP takes ownership of making them come to life. Only 17% of Investors in People organisations (and 14 law firms in the country) have achieved the Gold accreditation.
Since our inception we have sought to be supportive of our employees and to help them develop in their careers and as people. Our Family FSP ethos represents the values of the partners and how we look after our people. It is core to our business and by supporting and developing our people they are best able to support our clients.
