The Real Estate and Banking & Finance Teams complete investment lending for Santander
Dean Bickford with support from Serena Winckle and Amelia Johnson from the Real Estate team working with Alex Illingworth, Partner and head of Banking & Finance and Richard Adams, completed the refinance of nine multi-let investment properties in a deal worth £7.3M.
The FSP team, acting for Santander, ensured the four separate borrowers as part of a large corporate investor, were able to satisfy the lender’s requirements. This all resulted in a successful refinance and draw down within the required timescale.
