FSP advises Bewley Homes on new site acquisition in Benson

FSP completes the purchase of a development site on Hale Road, Benson for award winning residential developer, Bewley Homes.

The development in the south Oxfordshire village, which has reserved matters approval for 78 residential units, was acquired within four days from Thomas Homes.

Bewley were particularly pleased to be able to get the contracts exchanged swiftly. They aim to start building on-site in the summer of 2024.
