Dean Bickford, Real Estate Partner, has advised real estate developer Dominvs on its disposal of sixteen affordable housing units at substantial mixed-use development at Fox Lane, Palmers Green, London.
The development, which is already in construction, will comprise 54 new residential apartments together with a gym operator. It includes the refurbishment of the existing public house, and is located with strong transport links to London.
