FSP advises E-Cargobikes.com Limited
Ian Wood-Smith has assisted E-Cargobikes.com on its first round of investment raising.
E-Cargobikes.com is responsible for the revolutionary new scheme to provide last mile delivery services for online groceries sales in an environmentally friendly way using fleets of zero emission, electrically assisted cargo bikes. Having received support from the Department of Transport, the company expects to begin trials of the new service in London from mid-January 2018.
FSP provided advice on, and assisted with, the advance assurance application to HMRC under the Enterprise Investment Scheme, as well as preparing a shareholder agreement and providing general support and advice.
