FSP advises E2E-Assure on securing £10.5m investment

E2E-Assure was established in 2013 by Rob Demain, providing software and security operations centre (SOC)-as-a-service, managed detection and response (MDR) and monitoring services.

The investment was secured from BGF, an equity fund that E2E saw as a positive fit for the growth plans of the E2E business. Rob commented: “We were looking for an investment partner to help us scale and we ran an exhaustive selection process to find the right partner to achieve an outcome that fitted E2E-Assure’s culture and customers”.

“BGF was the right choice at the right time for our business. Their expertise in the field of technology and their connections to international markets such as Australia will be key to unlocking growth.”

On working with FSP, Rob said “it was great to work with Jeremy and the FSP team on this transaction. Jeremy led his team to ensure completion of this investment was achieved within our agreed timetable with BGF and was clear and concise with his advice throughout. We were impressed by the level of professionalism and commerciality that FSP brought to the transaction”.

The team at Field Seymour Parkes was led by Jeremy Parkes (partner, corporate) with the assistance of Katie Burley (senior associate, employment) and Joanna Stepien (solicitor, real estate).
