FSP advises Ethos Broking on its acquisition of Leeds-based Schofield Insurance Brokers
Ethos’ recent acquisition of Schofield Insurance Brokers makes this its 14th regional hub acquisition, the 2nd acquired hub of 2021.
This tactical purchase for Ethos will provide a new growth platform in the West Yorkshire region. Schofield Insurance is nearing 50 years in business, handling in excess of £10m gross written premiums with a commercial lines focus supported by the strength of its industry relationships. Led by Gary Holland and Tom Butler, will form part of the team of 30 joining Ethos Broking as part of the deal with their office in Kirkstall Forge being retained.
