FSP advises Finch Commercial Insurance Brokers Limited on its biggest acquisition to date
A team at FSP has advised Finch Commercial Insurance Brokers Limited on its acquisition of commercial and personal lines business, Bridle Insurance.
Bridle is headquartered in Witney, Oxfordshire and manages £10m gross written premiums, and places emphasis on fleet insurance.
Vince Gardner, Finch’s MD is thrilled to welcome Bridle to the Finch team. The Bridle brokerage has 17 employees and is led by directors, Neil Fox and Bob Turley. Following the purchase, Bridle will keep its current office and all its staff, with Neil Fox transferring to a consulting position and Bob Turley becoming part of the Finch Group management.
Vince commented: “This fifteenth deal is our largest to date and Bridle Insurance is a brokerage that I have admired for years. They have strong client relationships and have a perfect cultural fit with the Finch group”.

FSP were delighted to be instructed to act for Finch on the acquisition after assisting with many others since Finch became the first regional partner of Ethos Broking in 2016 (previously known as Broker Network).
