FSP advises Finch Commercial Insurance Brokers Limited on its latest acquisition
A team at FSP has advised Finch Commercial Insurance Brokers Limited on its acquisition of Portsmouth-based independent brokers, Hughes & King as it maintains continuity during turbulent times.
Finch, forming part of the Ethos Broking Group, is maintaining its momentum during these challenging times with the purchase of Hughes & King. With a strong commercial lines portfolio, Hughes & King manages over £4m gross written premiums. The brokerage employs eight members of staff, all of whom will remain within the business. Following completion, the business will retain its current premises and director Roy Blackburn will take over as Commercial Manager.
