FSP completes the purchase of a Grade A town centre investment.
The property, a former grammar school with a striking facade, had a substantial refurbishment in 2016. It is fully occupied, multi-let office investment.
The grounds also contain the ruins of St John’s Hospital, believed to date back from the late 12th century, which is an Ancient Monument.
