James Burgess, a Consultant in our Real Estate team, advised landowners on their sale of land in Worting, Basingstoke to a national house builder.
The parties had previously entered into a conditional contract subject to planning. Planning permission was granted in June and will see the development of 104 dwellings, a village hall and a pre-school nursery.
