FSP advises Operational Solutions on additional £3.5 million investment from BGF

FSP were delighted to assist long term client Operational Solutions Ltd (“OSL”), in obtaining further investment from BGF to assist in its growth strategies. This is additional investment to the initial £8 million invested by BGF in 2021.

OSL is a leading counter-drone technologies business based in Reading, actively supporting major international airports, national infrastructure projects and defense markets. OSL have experienced a 50% increase in revenue and over 50% team growth in the past year and continue to develop innovative solutions that keep pace with this evolving landscape.

The FSP team who advised OSL comprised Jeremy Parkes (Partner, Corporate) and Amelia Calder (Trainee, Corporate).
