The Corporate team at Field Seymour Parkes have advised the shareholders of CMi2i Limited (CMI2I) on the sale of the company to Computershare.
CMi2i, founded in 2013, offers independent, reliable advice to boards, executives, and advisors of some of the world’s largest public companies. Through its investor intelligence services, including specialised bondholder solutions, the company assists organisations in identifying and engaging with investors on complex, contentious, and high-stakes matters.
The acquisition forms part of Computershare’s strategy to demonstrate further dedication to providing companies worldwide with a competitive advantage in the increasingly crucial area of shareholder engagement and ownership intelligence.
