Hazel Eccles, a Partner and Head of the Agricultural and Rural Land team was delighted to have advised the University of Reading on the purchase of 635 acre site located 5 miles South of the University’s Whiteknights campus.
The site was acquired as part of the University’s comprehensive plan for investment in research areas for agriculture and food, with a firm mission to develop new methods and partnerships that will transform the way healthy, sustainable food is produced in Britain.
