FSP advises the University of Reading on residential development disposal
The Real Estate team, lead by Partner Dean Bickford, has advised the University of Reading on its sale to a national house-builder of a residential development in Reading.
Following the grant of detailed planning consent earlier this year, the site, located in Shinfield, Reading will provide for 249 new homes, public open space and local sports facilities.
