FSP assists E-Cargobikes.com Limited
Ian Wood-Smith has been working with fledging business E-Cargobikes.Com for the last 18 months of its pre-revenue growth and development and has assisted them in concluding contracts with Sainsburys and now the Co-Op to provide last mile grocery delivery services.
In the case of Sainsburys this is as a possible gradual replacement to its existing van delivery services. For the Co-Op this is to provide an entirely new home delivery service. It is very much hoped that the E-Cargobikes.com revolutionary new scheme to provide last mile delivery services in an environmentally friendly way using zero emission, electrically assisted cargo bikes will have a rapid take up; both in London where it is initially being launched, and then nationally.
FSP was originally approached to provide advice on the Enterprise Investment Scheme tax reliefs, and has continued to provide valuable support and assistance across a full spectrum of legal and tax issues.
