FSP helps Bewley Homes secure Phase 2 Wilton Park
Dean Bickford, Partner in the Real Estate Team has advised Bewley Homes plc on its acquisition of the second phase of the residential development in Wilton Park, Beaconsfield.
Following Bewley’s successful purchase of the first phase of the former MoD site owned by Inland Homes last September, Bewley is to increase its investment in this landmark residential development by a further 53 residential units. This brings to total number of residential units Bewley will develop to 147 units, with a mix of private and affordable housing.
The overall scheme will bring forward up to 350 units with a mix of retail, cafes, offices and community facilities over various phases.
